MCS Drama - The Importance of Being Earnest April 23-29, 2015 #29
The MCS production of The Importance of Being Earnest was a great hit! There were many funny lines and our students portrayed their parts with confidence. Actors were: Micha Brandt, Noah Armistead, EunJohng Kim, Victoria Kosek, HaeRim Kim, HaeYoung Kim, Grace Min, and Benjamin Lanz.

The Tech Team and Drama class spent many hours putting sets together, managing the stage, working on sound and lighting, and hair and makeup.

They included: Rohan Mall, Shawn Sadiq, Mr. David Healey, Victoria Kosek, Emma Black, YeaRim Lee, JuHee Yoon, Jodie Stock, Rohan Mall, JuYoung Yoon, and Ms. Naomi Kosek, who was also the Director and Drama class teacher. If you missed this performance, it will be given again on May 25th.
Thanks to all who worked so hard to give us a very enjoyable evening!

Stephen brought the Elementary students to the High School one day to show them how the sound and lights work, hoping to inspire them to learn about it and take over in a few years!

Praise and Prayer Requests: Praise for the successful Drama performance! Praise for new life! Pray for healing from cancer for Jared Armistead, and for help for his family as they deal with packing, graduation and future plans. Pray for the visa process to go smoothly for the Raiters, Nick Strachan and the 3 GAPS: Annika Martin, Daniel Pantle, and Dominik Schüttler. Pray for others to apply to cover our staff needs for next year: house parents and Nurse. We will need a Director at least by 2016-17.
